If for any reason, if you are not satisfied, you may return any cards or quilts, for a full refund, including all sales tax and shipping charges of the original shipment to you. It's that simple!

The only terms and conditions we require are:

All items returned must be mailed within 10 days of the original day of shipment to you (as determined by the postmark on the original shipping package).

All items returned must be in (like) new condition, as you received them.

All items should be returned in the original shipping package, or one of equivalent strength and quality.

All return shipping (mailing) charges must be prepaid. NaturesPix cannot accept COD deliveries.

We would appreciate your emailing NaturesPix, with your name, address, Customer ID or Order ID, (or send a "reply" to the confirming email we sent you when you placed the order), and the items being returned. Also, please make sure that at least your name and address are enclosed with the shipment.

When these terms and conditions are met, NaturesPix will issue a full refund, within 10 days of actual receipt of the returned items. The refund will be in the same form as the original payment, i.e. credit card, personal check or money order. We at NaturesPix want you to be happy, but if you're not, we still want you to be happy.
